Fog slowly lifts over the city after a rainy night
The young come out in the streets to buy breakfast
There are many vendors selling hot drinks and bread
The day is about to start on fresh hopes, tomorrow is so far away
Day to day life at the borders of survival, every day is a battle
What looks like a kind of carefree attitude is due to the social fabric
Nobody will be let down in a hardship, vendors will hand over food
Every rich household will cook a share for the poor of their area
And you will see big lines at meat distributions after ritual sacrifices
